Cliff Lett is Team Associated's president and also the person responsible for Traxxas’ first RC vehicle, the RC10B2. Lett has had a long and successful career in motorsports, in addition to his leadership role in the creation. He has held many prestigious positions at Team Yamaha, and worked on Rick Johnson’s YZ250. He was also a product developer at Associated. His contributions to the RC10B2 & RC10T were invaluable. He was also responsible for the development of the TC3.
Cliff Lett started racing radio-controlled cars in the 1980s. He has won several NORRCA and ROAR National Championships and was named 1991 IFMAR Off Road Electric 4WD World Champion. He is also an accomplished engineer having worked with everything from SolidWorks to Am radios. His career as an RC car racer began at age 14 when he was a teenager.
